Frustrated

We have been engaged for about a month now and I am STILL waiting to hear back from the church! I have been calling for 3 weeks and have yet to talk to someone!! On the answering machine it says that they are in the office Tuesday and Thrusday's from 9-12, I have been calling on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9-12! It is kinda important that I talk to them first so I can make sure the date we want to get married works for them. I am thinking it will but I want to make sure before I start putting deposits down and then have to change the date! I have decided I am going to go there this Sunday, I am bound to find someone there on Sunday!!
The only thing that has been done is that we booked our caterer. We went last week to try the food and put down the deposit!! I also met with the photographer but am waiting to put that deposit down. Oh, my mom and I also met with the woman is going to do the flowers and we are sending her a deposit too. So I guess things have been done just not the ceremony and reception site booked, which are a little important!!
So my goal next week is to book the church, reception site and photographer. That sounds easy enough!
